Thu. 19th January - The Journey of the Soul : Awareness

Every day we ask Spirit questions about the meaning of life and our journey. This group offers you a chance to do that and get some answers through the teachings of Master Chou, a wise Spirit being who is channelled by Sarah. Over these four weeks Master Chou will make you aware of your Soul and start to reveal its reasons for being here. He will discuss why we incarnate, karma, manifesting, being energetic and connecting to your higher self and much more. His goal is to start your conversation with yourself as to who you are and why you are here.

Fri. 20th January - Enhance your energy, Enhance your work - 10 wk course

We are all human, spirit and energy! Understanding and harmonizing that can be hard but it is also essential to healthy and blissful living. During this course we will explore the fact that you are energy and how to balance and control it. We will look at your Aura, Subtle Bodies and Chakra system with the aim of brining you into a better understanding of yourself and how you interact with others.

Wed. 25th January - The Journey of the Soul : Advancement

These monthly sessions are for students who have completed all three parts of The Journey of the Soul (Awareness, Exploration & Enlightenment). Due to the nature of the work with Master Chou further time with him has been requested. The session will be organic and dynamic rather than structure; allowing the participants and Chou to flow with what is needed and relevant at that time for each of them. The group will also be encouraged to support each other in continual development of their Soul / Personality relationship.

Tue. 21st February - Inspirational & Automatic Writing - 5 wk course

Spirit have used the medium of writing as a vehicle for communication for thousands of years. It is more relevant today than ever. Many are finding they intuitively write, or feel the need to write, but don’t know where the words come from. During this course we will explore Spirit writing through being inspired to working in an altered state for automatic writing. Students will be encouraged to allow the words to flow without judgement whilst understanding their origin and purpose. No previous experience required.

Thu. 23rd February - The Journey of the Soul : Exploration

Following on from Awareness, Master Chou will now talk to the group in more depth about free will, ego and lessons. Encouraging the group to look at mindfulness, cause & effect and personal responsibility as well as acceptance, trust and much more. Aiming to take you on from knowing your are human to understanding you are spirit and living spiritually. Students must have completed Awareness. Limited numbers due to the nature of the group.
