Terms and Conditions

• No order will be mailed unless paid for in full. We reserve the right to refuse an order and refund any moneys paid if required.
• We endeavour to mail items out promptly but we are not accountable to the speed at which the Royal Mail works.
• We endeavour to keep up to date with stock on the web site. However placing an order is not a guarantee of stock being available. Should we be out of stock you will be notified promptly with an option to wait or have an immediate refund.
• Should you change your mind about the item you can return it for a full refund of the item price within 7 days of receipt.
• Should the item be faulty you must notify us within 7 days of receipt for a full refund or replacement.
• The vibrational sprays are for external use only and should not be sprayed in or near the eyes.
• Crystals and glass heart should be kept out of reach of small children.
• We reserve the right to alter our prices at any time without prior notice. However, we will honour any prices given at the time of purchase.
