The talk addresses love as an emotion, where all emotions should sit in our bodies to allow flow, how our emotions are tangible and to be felt, part of our physical energy. We are led through a grounding exercise, reminding us that we are physical beings on a physical journey.
We come to understand that loving someone else is much harder if we do not love ourselves to start with. The more we love ourselves, the easier and more truthful the love of another person will be. And in knowing ourselves, we are anchored in ourselves, and everything else has something to align with.
