If you have been shielding, self-isolating or staying at home taking, care of your Aura is a must.
Have you considered what effect being indoors all day might have had? Has it relaxed,expanded or has it shrunk and got tight? Remember your Aura responds and reacts to what is going with you.
For those of you shielding - be aware that your aura might have expanded. This is due to your home becoming a boundary (as a mind-set) and the Aura reacting by filling the space.
For those of you staying at home, but going out for exercise and food - be aware your aura might retract and become a bit smaller due to anxiety and fear (not necessarily yours). If you tense when you go out, your aura will copy you and retract.
What can you do? Your Aura responds to your thoughts. Firstly, check in with it. use your intuition to sense the size. Does it feel huge, or tight, or just right. Remember it shouldn't be the size of a room.
OK, now you have a sense of it, does it need changing? If, yes, use your mind and intention. Ask your Spirit Guides for assistance. If it is too big, draw it in or imaginereleasing some air from a balloon. If it feels too tight, expand it. Push it out with your mind, draw in some energy from Mother Earth to assist. Or image inflating a balloon.
Lastly, if you are going out - remember to give your Aura a wash when you get back in. Energetically speaking. Visualise white lightwashing over the Aura (and threw it, if you wish); washing away any unwanted energy you picked up when you were out.
