Inspirational & Automatic Writing - Course (SOLD OUT)

Do you feel you are doing automatic writing, and the words are not your own? Do you feel the need to write as words coming into your mind, but you do not know where they are from? During this course, you will explore the phenomena of 'Spirit Writing.' Also known as Trance Writing or Psychography. And discover if those words are coming from Spirit.

Spirit has been using writing as a vehicle for communication for thousands of years. It is a diverse and exciting form of mediumship. It ranges from - Inspired to Automatic Writing (using an altered state). Sarah will guide you through the many layers of Spirit Writing, encouraging you to allow the words to flow without judgement whilst understanding their origin and purpose.

This course will cover:

- The theory and mechanics
- Knowing Spirit - a who's who
- How to prepare yourself and your space
- Experiencing each level of Spirit Writing
- Exercises to do at home each week
